Using the downloadable PDF forms

To be able to use the downloadable Employment Tribunals forms you must have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

Be sure to check the following settings before using the Employment Tribunals form

  1. Go to Select > Edit > Preferences > Javascript
  2. Make sure the top box 'Enable Acrobat Javascript' is ticked
  3. Make sure the next 2 boxes are NOT ticked
  4. Ensure the bottom box is ticked and report any problems you encounter
  5. Ignore the warning on the 'I agree' page.

Once you have downloaded the form onto your computer please use the blue tabs on the first page of the form to

  1. Save a partially completed or a fully completed form;
  2. Email the form to another person who will be able to make amendments to it and email it back to you; or
  3. Print a copy of the form.
