Penelope Melville–Brown, Director, Disability Dynamics
Penny Melville–Brown recently led a self-employment project for disabled people in Derbyshire and, previously, research and projects promoting diversity in the workplace across South East England. She champions equality of opportunities in employment through her business, pro-bono work and public appointments. A disability specialist, she supported two major national public bodies create Disability Equality Schemes, delivers training to employers and has written a range of toolkits and handbooks. She is an Associate of the Employers' Forum on Disability. She champions employee and customer equality as a member of the Employment Tribunal System Steering Board and the National Policing Improvement Agency. She has had previous similar roles as a Board Member of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, the Ministry of Defence, University for Industry plus other public bodies.
