Norman Egan – Regional Director, Tribunals Service
Norman is responsible for operational service delivery in all area offices in the Northern Region. He is a member of the Tribunals Service Management Board and Executive Team and is the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for the Administrative Support Centre (ASC) Pathfinder project.
Norman joined the Appeals Service in 2002 as Director of Operations, transferring to the Tribunals Service in April 2006 as Head of Field Operations for SSCSA and ETS. He was previously with DWP, latterly on the Senior Management Team for the Child Support Agency.
