Please note that if you close your
browser without saving your form you will lose all the information that you have input.
If the form is left "inactive" for more than 90 minutes, i.e. you do not enter any text in that time, the form will "time out" and close. This means that the information you have input into the form will be lost.
To avoid these problems please follow the instructions below:
Saving your Form
If you want to leave this website and complete your form at a later time, you can save your partially completed form by clicking on the 'Save and exit' button. To do this you will need to register for an online account by providing your name and details, a secure password and a valid email address. Further details are available on the registration page. Once you have set up an online account with us you can save more than one partially completed form with the same email address. You must have javascript enabled in your browser program to use this feature.
Multiple Cases
If this claim is one of a number of claims arising out of the same or similar circumstances against the same Respondent(s), you can obtain a paper copy of a Multiple Claim Form from the ETS Public Enquiry Line 08457 959775.
Alternatively, corporate users, e.g. firms of solicitors, may be able to use our data upload facility to electronically submit the information. This facility is intended for users who want to submit large numbers of claims and who have access to IT support as documents must be converted into XML (Extensible Markup Language). Please refer to FAQs for more information. You can access the data upload facility from here.
Please make sure that all the information you give is as accurate as possible.
