Employment Tribunals (England & Wales) - Directions

In addition to the Tribunal Rules an Employment Tribunal President can make Directions. The Directions listed below have been made by the President of the Employment Tribunals in England & Wales and are applicable when the tribunal proceedings are being dealt with in England & Wales.

  1. Direction 1
    Claims having been registered in various Tribunals in England and Wales alleging unlawful age discrimination.
  2. Direction 2
    In the matter of various claims, registered in England and Wales, by workers supplied by agencies and working within government bodies and the application of Article 2 of the Civil Service Order in Council 1995.
  3. Direction 3
    In the matter of complaints of unfair dismissal, and redundancy payment, notice period and holiday pay

Employment Tribunals (Scotland) - Practice Directions

In addition to the Tribunal Rules an Employment Tribunal President can make Practice Directions. The Practice Directions listed below have been made by the President of the Employment Tribunals in Scotland and are applicable when the tribunal proceedings are being dealt with in Scotland.
